Talon Cop Chase?

I was just able to watch it today because I got the DivX codec. Yeah I thought it would be pretty old because of the cop cars in it. Anyone know what was done to the Talon?

cop cars are not slow by any means those things have alot of top end power and there are a lot of fast ass cop cars in heavy traffic areas like in florida they have a camaro strip car to catch a lot of four bangers

The cruisers are slow. You can't tell me that the Impalas and the Intrepids they use are fast. I know they have Camaros which undoubtedly are fast but the Crown Vics are not that fast yes even the Interceptors.

on one of thise wildest police chase shows, they show'd a 5.0 trying to outrun a sherriff but the she sherriff was more than keeping up, then they also showed an old school rx7 outrunning every single police car tho so i guess it depends

Maybe a stocker 5.0 but in this vid the cop car and the Talon were side by side because he was trying to make him spin out but the Talon just walked away from the cop.

Crown vics are slow. The 94-96 caprices came with lt1's quicker then the vic mid 15's in the 1/4 mile. Vic's run mid 16's 1/4 mile. Plus add all the police equipment. Brings the vic into 17's!

The talon was stock. Iv'e got it on my comp somewhere. the only police cruiser besides the camaros that had anything in the last 10 years was the LT1 caprices. The crown Vic's, Intrepids, and fwd Impallas are sloooooow as hell. If you want Chris, I can burn a copy on cd for you.

the impalas are not slow maybe up here but in cali shit iwas down there over last fall driving on the freeway saw a yellow vet and viper racing they go past me fast as hell the i see cherrys then it goes flying by ganning on them like nothinthat impala was fast as hell

the impalas tested from cali or florida ran somethin like 16.9x...thats not fast at all...thats pathetic...for an impala to be modded like that would be a waste...they would use like a mustang or camaro if they wanted to go that fast...i bet the viper and vette slowed down

its not that they cant outrun them its the number/radio factor...the can radio ahead and set up roadblocks spike strips etc...the real awesome outrun i saw was on mischief 3000 when he was beatin the radio so he was ahead of the other responding officers

Ohh because I remember one of those shows having a Vette killing the cops but was done in by Semi drivers. The Vette was like a C4 or something nothing too fancy though.

They are heavy I think with basic mods like I/H/E would make them a little quicker. The one you raced most of been modded. I seen one aroud town with aleast exhaust. I saw him lauch it from a stop. I was impressed it moved out pretty quickly. I test drove a 95 vic p72 police package. Wasnt impress my 96 9c1 caprice cop car can walk it badly. Stock vics there slow 0-60 is somewhere in the 8 sec bracket. The caprice is usally 1 to 1 1/2 secs quicker. Police package cars like the vic and caprice are made to handle triple digit speeds. Heavy duty suspension and oil/tranny cooling. Not ment to be speed demons. Camaros and mustangs thats a different story.

yeah i got a 64 merc. parklane with a 352 police package on a 390 that thing hauls for a big famialy four sedan
