Link worked for me. Nice to see a few fellow jellybean owners running the track.

Road racing would be pretty good time. Im not much for the Auto-X though and driving around cones. If i did it i'd wanna be racing other cars rather than a clock.

where are you getting your information from?

BIR, last I heard, had not been sold yet. It is up for sale, but business as usual will continue for the 05 season aside from the fact that the AMA Superbike races won't be run.

But yes, Brainerd DOES have a track like that... (and it's what, little over 2 hours over there?) I'm itching to get some track time there myself, but I"m not sure it'll happen (actually watching videos from last year and the big Impala SS hiting 130ish before turn 1)..

We do have another one kinda close. Omaha NE. Mid America Motorplex. The ITR rally is there this year. I AM GOING! May 28. It doesn't have hills and what not but it is a pretty big course. Longest straight. 2,222 feet. bbwwwhhhahaha. Streatch out the R's legs on that one.. It has been 3 years, so it's about time.

Well I'll say it again - 2005 is ready to roll....

I seriously doubt it's been sold for housing development. (there was actually articles in the Brainerd papers about how it'd screw up the local economy [I didn't read the entire article])
