Custom Fabrication

Hey, im lookin for a custom subwoofer box for my car, and i was woundering if any of you would be willing or know how to do fiberglass fabrication. i accualy dont care if its fiberglass or not. I just want to make full use of my trunk without having a huge ass sux box in it. btw its for a del sol, so it would have to be low enough for the targa top to be stored in it too. thanks.

well what exactly are you looking for...you should go into the chat room it would be alot easier.

Kind of pointless to put the subbox in the trunk of a Del Sol considering that there is 2 layers of metal between the drivers compartment and the trunk of those cars.

no, the subs themself aren't pointless, what fitzy was saying is that there is no way for the sound to get into the cabin due to the two layers of metal seperating the trunk and the passenger compartment....the sound won't make it to the cabin very well. There may be the possibility of essentially porting the trunk but I'd have to look at the car before giving my opinion.
