Dear Fellow Motorcyclist:

Thank you for your interest in our 1st Annual Cycle Hutt Buggies N Blues Motorcycle Show. We have a small $10.00 entry fee, which will be donated to the Central Dakota Humane Society. An information page is attached. Please fill out the enclosed entry form and release. We will need both forms to reserve a space for your bike. We request these forms returned to the Cycle Hutt by Wednesday, June 4, 2008 to reserve a space for your bike. Space is on a first come first serve basis so please return these forms promptly.

The show schedule for Sunday, June 8th is as follows

Registration/Bike Set Up – 7 am to 10 am
Showing/Balloting – 10 am to 1 pm
Trophies Awarded at 3 pm
Photo Session is Immediately after Trophy Presentation
The show will be held on the 4 acre Cycle Hutt asphalt parking lot. The bikes must remain in their location until 3:00 p.m. weather permitting. It is not necessary to remain with your motorcycle the entire event but we strongly suggest that someone watch your bike at all times.

We have trophies for the top 3 places in each class. The 12 individual classes will be judged by our honary judges. The “Peoples Choice” class winner, again 3 places, will be determined by the number of votes received from our visitors. We will be selling $1 dollar tickets used in voting and the proceeds will go to the Central Dakota Humane Society.

We look forward to receiving your entry. Please contact the Cycle Hutt with questions at 701-223-4888 or email info@ktmcyclehutt.com. We will hope for great weather, great riding and with your help, many people having a great time!

We thank you again for your interest in our show and we look forward to seeing you on Sunday, June 8, 2008. Please tell all your friends and plan for a beautiful sunny summer day.

You can also p.m. if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Derek
