Cause my eveslow has some condensation in it, but its more like a lake in my tail light.</p>

remove all the bulbs,<br />
un-bolt your tailight,<br />
remove tailight from car.<br />
Set it somewhere to drain/dry.<br />
If there's dirty/dust inside anyway you can clean it out .<br />
Go buy some ureathane caulk at a autoparts/hardware store.<br />
Remove the existing sticky black stuff from around your tailight housing.<br />
Re-apply the urethane caulk around the same line.<br />
replace tailight housing on car.<br />
Check all the little sealing rings around your bulb sockets.<br />
replace any that need it.<br />
plug everything back in.</p>
