Also trying to help a noob, but PS2's are a dime a dozen and no matter how used they are, you'll hardly recoop anything. Granted you got an extra controller and mem card, still isn't going to help. I picked one up recently for $90 with 2 controls and mem card, hardly used. You might be able to find the right buyer at that price. Ebay is probably your best bet right now.
