<![CDATA[New to the Site]]>Ive got a Green 1998 Buick Regal and Im pretty active on the MN Grand Prix Site. I know Grr, 94NDTA, MustHaveMusk, Parker and a few others on here.

I just got my exhaust finished this weekend, dualled it like 94NDTA did but i put on louder mufflers (MagnaFlow XL Turbo's). I love the sound but its taking a bit to get used to.

Oct 13th Im getting a bunch of go fast mods which should get me deep into the 13s. For those of you who know these cars its all about KR reduction and pulley swapping. I plan to be conservative on my pulley, being as the car is my daily driver. Ill miss the last Street Legal but its the only weekend that works.

Im a GM man, but 90% of that is what i grew up around.

Im not a fan of riced out cars but you have to respect speed. Ill keep my mouth shut if I dont like something.

I grew up in Glyndon, graduated in 2005 from DGF. Junior at NDSU right now, living right off 13th in Fargo.

94NDTA is the only other one with duals in town. I have been in and out of Best Buy a lot recently. Bought a new TV, needed cables, PS3 games, etc. so it was more then likely me. Exhaust sounds good at idle... past that... ugg... I need 2 more cylinders.

Got the Powerlog, 1.9 Rockers, and Ported LIM and S/C in along with some tuning and the car is running great. I wont get to any tracks by winter, i was tempted to head down to Cedar Falls on the 27th, but my sister is getting confirmed and Ive got to stay in town. I do know that I am right in line with my friends 06 GP GXP (5.3L V8). We haven't "raced" but we goofed around in town a bit.

I have the 3.4 pulley on and the 3.3 is waiting. Im running KR free on the 3.4 and will probly do some fine tuning to get that 3.3 on KR-less. I think if i can get that 3.3 on I can edge that GXP, translating to Mid to High 13's. Not bad for a Luxury Sedan.

This might be in the wrong area... I can re-write and move it if a Mod wants...

Maybe deep into the 13's is pushing it, but it'll be mid 13's i hope.

Im changing my intake (FWI), Porting the S/C and LIM, Rockers, Headers or PEMs (Whatever i can get my hands on), more tuning, 3.3 or lower pulley. should get me into the 13's easy.

at least you were able to run with an almost stock car to have an idea.

i think deep into the 13's might be pushing it a bit though i think mid to high might be more like it. but ya never know. hell i am stock and ran a 14.59 in august.
