I am looking at getting one for parts, mostly brakes and tranny. Just want to know if ford changed stuff so it won't fit. and also if I do get it, i will have lots of extra parts if anyones interested in buying the rest of it from me.

I have an extra set of auto hubs or you can convert to manuals like I did. Well worth it to convert.

Those had an issue with not fully engaging (my 94 did and I believe Chris's did so he now has Warn manual hubs). The hubs are supposedly rebuildable but I'd have to find the link here with the bearing info (cheaper to buy the bearing from somewere like bearings and drives vs getting the kit from Ford).

I am not sure what it is, but figured it was bad and just didn't use it.

Hey Chris, do the exploder's have the dana 44 front split beam or whatever they call it? If so I would like to check out some parts as well.

They have a D35 TTB front end. You would want to look for an F-150 to have the D44 TTB

If the engine was overheated the head could have warped as they do that easily.
