Thanks for supporting me on this matter...I agree with this, but to add to it...We should make it so if you get one DUI, then you can't ever have booze again...afterall, those drivers will never get their cars back...it's only fair is it not?

In a street legal cobra, no problem whatsoever. Its less than 3k in parts, tune, headers, pully, full exhaust, CAI. That gets you in the neighborhood of 500 whp with an 03 or 04 cobra. Now if you switch blowers 550 without breaking a sweat. Better yet pull off the huffer and put in a Helion turbo kit and 700 whp is not unheard of, emissions legal too.

i put down 463rwhp and 478rwtq with a pulley, intake, o/r x, catback, and a tune, a ported blower, 6lb lower with a 3.2 upper will put you damn close to 550. slap a kenne bell and your at 600 upgrade your fuel once thats done 650-700 no prob. a whipple is good for 550-600 from what i have seen.

CARB doesn't mean shit outside of Cali. Even if a part is CARB legal, unless you pay a shop that is CARB approved to install, it looses its CARB certification.
