<p dir="auto">I've replaced the cam chain tensioner twice on an F4i, which is most likely what you're talking about.  Unless you had an engine failure, or some other crazy shit happen, the cam chain wouldn't need replacing.  Honda motorcycle engines are pretty stout and well-designed.</p>

<p dir="auto">Is it just making noise, or what is it doing?  I can see a cam chain tensioner being needed by most hondas after so many miles but I haven't heard of to many people replacing them.</p>
