Very clean. One thing though, get rid of the damn Acura badge. It would look sooo much better with either Honda badging or no badging at all.

+1... acura badge looks kinda gay... i could see an acura with a honda badge for sweet jdmness... looks clean, like the fogs. I'd suggest a lip and a spoiler, personally i'd get Backyard Special ones, but most dont like the style or the price...
