<![CDATA[skyline question]]>Ok so my friend is looking at buying a new car in june, and he is looking at some skylines they only problem is the special permit you have to have. Well he is wondering how hard it would be to get one of these permits. Does anyone have any idea's? Or even how you would go about getting one?

The bid history had 2 guys going back and forth to run it up, but it never sold.

I'm pretty sure that VIN shot was added after the fact too - not very clear, tough to see. He's real elusive with his information and responses, but heck, he'll get someone to buy it for sure

Period, end of story.

Legalized Skylines are anywhere from $45k - $100K. The more common one is the R33 (easier to legalize). My friend has 3 of them for sale, all legalized and legit. They're all located in Seattle, at his house.
