Well he is wondering how hard it would be to get one of these permits. Does anyone have any idea's? Or even how you would go about getting one?</p>

The bid history had 2 guys going back and forth to run it up, but it never sold.</p>
<p dir="auto">I'm pretty sure that VIN shot was added after the fact too - not very clear, tough to see.  He's real elusive with his information and responses, but heck, he'll get someone to buy it for sure</p>

Period, end of story.</p>
<p dir="auto">Legalized Skylines are anywhere from $45k - $100K.  The more common one is the R33 (easier to legalize).  My friend has 3 of them for sale, all legalized and legit.  They're all located in Seattle, at his house.</p>
