Good:
-Mechanic owned.
-Oil changed every 2.5-3k miles.
-Air filter replaced 2k miles ago.
-Spark plugs replaced 2k miles ago.
-Battery replaced 15k miles ago.
-Toyo Spectrum tires put on 15K miles ago.
-Fuel pump was replaced at 35K miles under warranty due to a common problem with the fuel pressure regulator.
-No leaks.
-No rock chips/cracks/damage to any windows.
-No rust
-A/C recharged this past spring, blows ICE COLD.
-Heat blows HOT.
-Sony AM/FM/CD/MP3 player (I can put the OEM CD player back in if you want).
-Front brake pads replaced 6K miles ago.
-Has a block heater, but I've never had to use it.

Bad:
-Interior has quite a few stains, vehicle needs an interior detail (again, mechanic owned).
-Vehicle has some scratches and dings.
-Belts chirp if there is a lot of moisture in the air, this is a common problem with this engine and is a simple fix, I just haven't gotten around to fixing it. (nissan has redesigned the belts to fix this problem).
