Yes one of them is owned by jasmine (Jassy) the other one is owned my his cuz. My source is very relilable. Jasmine is not the kind of person to do that stuff IMO. I know him personally. Honestly, NOTHING about drivers bothers me more than this(or them driving under the speed limit during rush hour and driving in the right lane the whole time).
