All you have to do is call them, tell them you have the 3 red rings, not much else or more, and they will send you a box and you ship it off. And yes, it was 2 weeks 🙂 both times. You don't need to tell them you bought it 2nd hand. They don't make a big fuss over it beacuse of a class action lawsuit they had over that malfunction. So in a nut shell, they fix it for free.
