<![CDATA[Hey]]>Hi guys and girls... been registered here for quite awhile, but never really posted. Figured I'd better start.

My name's Lee Smith, and I live in your less populated sister state of South Dakota. Right in the center of the state, little tiny town called Presho. I used to make it to Fargo quite a bit (mostly for work), but I don't seem to get up there near as much any more. Anybody on this board that frequents TCstangs.com (I know there's a couple) have probably seen my screenname there.

I've got two different vehicles I drive... daily/winter beater is a 1999 Dodge 2500 CTD. A few typical mods to it... Intake, exhaust, Edge chip, slightly bigger injectors, etc. I've also got a 1997 F150 Lightning clone. LOTS of mods to it. Forged 4.6, Kenne Bell roots blower at about 15psi, meth. injection, built auto, Caltrac suspension, etc.

The F150 will probably be for sale pretty soon... been thinking seriously about getting out of the straight line thing and gravitating more towards Auto-x. I'm thinking the truck wouldn't be the best at that, so I may be looking to trade it for something a little more corner friendly. Not too sure what though.

I'm just somewhat strapped at the moment... I own two houses (one being for sale), and owning two houses has been KILLING me financially. I'm hoping I can sell it, even in this shitty economy. If I sell the house, then yes, 20inch lightning reps here I come! :icon_cheers:

Yea, it surprises a lot of people. It's enjoyable to drive. I may be ditching the meth pretty soon though.... I get sick of filling that tank on top of the gas tank.

It's got the side exit. It's passenger side exit.

But yea, I've got a Lightning front bumper sitting out in the Twin Cities. I just need to get it painted and put it on. Then I'll have to get a painted rear bumper instead of the chrome one.

I've got the rear wheels that match the fronts.... those are usually what stays on the truck. Needs tires bad though. I'd really like to get rid of the 90's style centerlines and go to some 20 inch Lightning replica wheels powdercoated black.... the 1300 dollar price tag is a bit steep though.

I am a diesel guy too, I have a goerend 3disk converter, and i wouldn't mind having a hardened ATS or goerend tranny behind it...... but the current tranny won't die..... impossible odds, haha

Yea, mine will die quite quickly if I would quit babying it :lol: And really there's not that much done to the truck, but we all know how stellar dodge transmissions are. 😞

I want a Goerend in there very badly.... just don't have the cash to do it. So for now I baby it, and don't set the edge up above number 3.
