Falcon boards are older (middle revision), and the GPU still uses a large die size.

Jasper boards use a smaller die size and run a shit load cooler...

Jasper boards come with a manfu. date of December and on 08...

What is the manufacturing date on your 360 (its on the back near the serial code)...

You may have a falcon board still, and they will send you a Jasper board back which would be very good....

MS will have your box for a month.

They will only take it back if it is within 1 year of purchase (for no video, but audio), and they will send you a a refurb box back.

ya, i really didn't think it was an HD related problem when i brought it in because that didn't make sense at all. just what the geniuses at best buy told me.
