It may not be the slimmest on the market but it is the best sounding slim you will find. Also the Set comes with a 25MM silk dome chamber tweeter and 12dB crossover. Subwoofer:* Atomic Manhatten 12"** - Comparable to a JL Audio W6 series for a fraction of the cost. Nice beefy structure, powerful magnet and pleasant sound. I've sold a lot of woofers over the years, and this one is my favorite "budget" subwoofer. MSRP $200

I already have DVD players for them, and I'm stepping up to some DC Reference Series amps for the added control that they offer as well.
