All are white...and to my knowledge, all of the black ones have the switch on the wire instead of on the controller. I have one white one that has it on the wire, the rest are on the controller. For several games, you want to be able to turn off your mic with ease due to strategy...those who have played halo, COD, etc. know what I'm talking about...You don't want the other team to be able to hear you at close range. This is best accomplished by having the ability to turn the mic off when you want, which is best accomplished by having the switch by/on the controller.
