<p dir="auto">No. I've seen videos of these tires leave the car, exit the view of the camera (hundreds of feet into the air), then come back a couple seconds later hundreds of yards away. You'd need a ceiling, not a fence.<br />
Edit: And the ceiling would have to catch the damn tire, otherwise the thing would bounce off and come back down with even more intensity.</p>

Good samaritan is like 4 blocks away from our house down there. They new she was dead already if they brought her their, not exatly what you would call a full service hospital.</p>
