Parts. Time. Money.

I currently have a D15a3 which is 1488cc
To swap to a B series motor i would need a whole new setup and a lot of $$$.

But I currently ran into a forum about a mini me swap which would have me just run a Z6 head on my current motor and wire for vtec, making it ObD-1 and getting a complete head, distributor, intake manifold, P28 ECU, wiring harness, and Z6 timing belt which would be cheaper and quicker

Just wonderin if that would be possible for my 1st gen and if anyone has ideas im open to suggestions. Adding VTEC to a d series motor will not gain that much hp. If you are looking for a fun N/A Car, swap the B. If you are looking for HP, swap a standard D series(d16z6, d16y8) and turbo it.

The guy who MAKES hasport mounts is a member on redpepperracing. yes, they make B-series mounts, and yes, they cost money.
Is yours the red Si on Craigslist right now? or do you have the black one I keep seeing around town?
