<![CDATA[red neon on lowrider rims]]>saw this saturday morning in moorhead. it was like a 2000+ red neon with what look like lowrider rims, not sure if thats what they are. their small and stick out far. very ugly either way...anybody know him?

however I don't know if that guy is around anymore (not the same person that's being talked about here either). I've never seen him out with the club in the 2 years I've talked to some of the guys, and he's not on the members list anymore.

and I just saw the car in question here today. I bet his wheel bearings love him! Entire damned wheel is outside of the fender...
