Tourism: Straight down for at least a year.
Stock: Immediate plummet as people are looking for safe havens in other sectors with a gradual market recovery over time.
Currency: Parallels stock market, decrease in value of Yen with an increase in the value of USD.
Gold: Short term upward spike until the currency market stabilizes.
Real estate: Downward trend for an uncertain period of time.

In short: Go touring Japan and buy stuff within the next year and it will be more cost-effective than any other time, with a strong US Dollar and a weakened Japanese economy you have more buying power.

Oil: I'm uncertain how it will effect oil prices. If the stock market tumbles, oil will fall with it (albeit at a smaller rate) pending further unrest in the Middle East, which may cancel out the tumbling of oil prices. The more expensive oil goes without relation to a raise in usage by Americans, the less disposable income Americans have to spend on other items and the worse the economy will be.
