<![CDATA[Help wanted]]>Due to huge growth in the Fargo, Grand Forks and Bismarck area I am in need of several motivated self starters to join my team of benefits counselors. I need to hire at least 2 more sales managers and 4 or 5 more reps to work with me.

This is NOT for Trafik Jamz, this is with Colonial Life. I started my insurance agency in July and we have been growing ever since. We currently have 5 people in my agency (3 in Fargo, 2 in Minneapolis).

I've been in the insurance world before with various different organizations, but this is the first one that I've found that makes sense AND gives me the freedom to spend time with my family and afford the toys that I want to have.

I won't lie, it is commission and bonus based with no base salary.... BUT you get paid what you are worth. If you spend 40 hours per week doing your job you will be rewarded more greatly than you ever have in your life. If you spend 20 hours a week doing your job you will get a part time wage. The choice is yours.
