<![CDATA[Ricer Parts]]>Why is it that EVERYONE on this site seems to think that any part that doesn't make your car faster is a ricer part? Doesn't matter if you're talking about car stereos HID's, Carbon Fiber Hoods, or a sway bar made out of unobtanium...it always gets called rice. To me rice would be putting a VTEC sticker on a Hyundai, an unpainted body kit, a triple decker wing, spinner hub caps, neons that have tubes that are visible, etc... Not nice fitting products that look gorgeous.

Maybe its because I have a carbon fiber fetish, but it really pisses me off when people talk shit about carbon fiber hoods/trunks/bumpers/fenders/wings/sideskirts/doors. It seems those that make the most "ricer" comments are those that either:

A. Don't have a car/license
B. Don't have a running car
C. Don't have a car worth as much as the carbon fiber pieces they are talking shit about.

Shit like that just pisses me off....I mean, I can take a little ricer joke here and there (I get them all the time for vinyl decals...maybe deservedly) but some of you take this ricer thing way too far and paint anyone w/ a body mod as a ricer. It gets old.
