It does have W2K installed on it but i can put XP Pro corporate instead if youd rather have that. It also comes with Office 2003 Enterprise Edition. The case has no scratches and the screen has no dead pixels.

I've seen laptops of similar specs go for about $350. I think you should aim for that.
