There's a purple Eclipse with a neat body kit on it and a really pimped out Integra with a carbon fiber hood and a really loud system.  I think he has a turbo, too, judging by the sound.  What do you guys think of them?</p>

I am still looking into an aftermarket one that will recirculate back to the intake.  I got the TXS one because it was readily available in town when I needed one.</p>

<p dir="auto">And yes, in many cases switching to a non-recirculating BOV can in fact hurt the performance of cars that were designed to run with them.  In the case of the WRX it can hurt performance by as much as 6 HP.  IMHO the only time you NEED to switch BOV's in a subaru is after you replaced the turbo w/ one that is capable of more boost (above 18 psi or so the stock one starts leaking like crazy).  Of course, for some people the PSSSSHHHHHH sound is worth 6 HP of loss.</p>

I saw his car out at the strip, but I haven't seen him run.  He must have a lot of power, but the bling can slow a guy down a little bit.  That S2K with the blower would be pretty cool.  I never see it out driving around, though.</p>
