Saw him messin with some newer red monte carlo with BIG tips on the back so i pull up to him at the last light on 13th rigth before advanced after he flew by me. He launched it before the light even turned and must of been to embarrased to race me cause he just looked away and turned off 😮 .

I wasnt paying too much attention to the driver of the monte plus i couldnt really see. It had a system in it too it was bumpin and what not.
