Anyways, I want to know what I should get, there are a ton of them. Adv/Dis adv of the boost controllers. I can spend up to 400 bucks if there is a reason too, but if there isn't then I won't. I have an external wastegate with a 9psi Spring in it and I want to increase the boost to 18psi and that is it... but I don't want boost spikes and or drops in boost for any reason. Just want to run this boost and leave it there. Is there better contorlers for quicker spool or is that just a bunch of crap, and if you know alot about this, try to explain how differnt ones work. They range from like 50-400. Thanks in advance for any information.

Haha, duh! No, depends on what you are turboing, what turbo, etc. Lets hear some details. But definately a tial is the way to go.

Go with the Tial 38mm with the 18.xx spring. What are you putting this on? You mentioned a 1.3l engine, you will not have to worry about creep with a 38mm gate at ~18psi. This would be a perfect setup for you.

True, but if you want to be able to make real time adjustments and change the boost settings from inside the car, an ebc might be better.
