There going to run their tanks dry and just not fill them anymore. They will no longer be selling gas because of the prices. They also have a mech. shop and sell guns. Both of which are still going to happen and they are in no way going to close their doors. I think some people better get their facts strait and stop jumping to conclusions.

Sorry, I'll edit for clarification. THERE ARE MANY GAS STATIONS THAT ARE RUNNING OUT IN FERGUS FALLS AND HAVING TO CLOSE UNTIL THEY CAN GET THEIR NEXT SHIPMENT LATER THIS WEEK OR INTO THE WEEKEND. This is being caused by people freaking out and filling up every time the needle moves instead of when their car gets near empty.

actually it is 1/10 of the refinery capabilities and 1/4 of imports.......but anyways people WILL use less gas no matter what. Not saying that they will quit buying gas, they will not use as much. This means demand will go down., if you want examples let me know....learn economics my brother.

The reason why gas is going up nation wide is now that the oil rigs and ports are down along the gulf coast instead of the rockey mountain area sending gas only to the midwest it is also having to send it to the areas that used to get their gas from the area that was hit by the storm. Other areas in the nation are the same, gas that used to be drilled near Alaska and only fuelled alaska are being shipped to the southern states, etc...
