<![CDATA[room mate from hell]]>quick question what would you do if you had a room mate who didnt pay any bills sat around in his underwear when he was at home didnt clean after himself and got spray paint all over your driveway after rattle canning the bottom of his car and wouldnt clean it up? well i did what i had to do to the three hundred pound plus blob shaped slob..... i kicked him out and he wouldnt leave so i set all his shit outside and i called the police, this is what happened next..... i was told even if someone doesnt pay bills and isnt on the lease as long as that person was invited to stay even for one night you have to give them a thirty day written notice. this is what the officer told me. at any rate i almost went to jail for disorderly conduct, the fat fuck who who rattle cans his car is in a hotel for the time being. i just find it stupid how the law protects the freeloaders. well i wish the best of luck on surviving having to pay his own bills for once to ((ichi bon killer)) oh yah his honda (rattle canned)

I saw this exact same thing on COPS the other day and there is in fact laws protecting an invited tennant, regardless of if they pay rent or not. The law says there must be a period of time given before eviction.

I can't believe this shit. Just like him to talk shit when He thinks I can't reply.
I used to think he was my friend but now I know the truth. As far as rent, none was ever discussed, period. Besides the point, I was the only one who bought groceries the 2-2 1/2 months I was there that he no problem eating. I had a feeeling about the water, air and cable but was just dealing with it, no big deal to me. The paint was a little overspray, even after I layed down cardboard, which I told the landlord I would kindly take the effort to clean up. And who doesn't sit around in there underwear when there at home, or at least when they feel they have a home. If he had a problem all he had to do was be civil and "talk" to me like a human. So what if I lived at home most of my life, I worked in new rockford and carrington and my parents had no problem with it and I payed my own bills, whoopy freakin doo, At least I don't live my life lying and bullshitting others to myself out to be something I'm not and to get them to feel sorry for me. At least I worked more than Mr. 4 hours a day here. If you knew this guy like I knew him you'd know he's bullshitted his way through most of life trying to make himself out to be the victim or lying to make himself the goodguy, the only reason he almost got arrested was because the cops told him to be quiet and he kept running his mouth. I had my dad come down because he has a truck, so I could move stuff out, and we tried to talk to him but all he did was fly off the handle, we wanted to do this in civilized manner but he wasn't having it that way. He waited til we where gone, real man huh, then proceeded to move everything out, hell, when my dad first showed up he ran and hid in his room like a little bitch. All this boils down to an incident that happened a few days earlier. He was dumb enough to be driving under suspension which I among others though he wasn't, more BS, and got pulled over. He asked me to switch seats with him I kindly did seen as how I didn't know his license was suspended, and the cops saw us do it. He asked me to lie for him and say I was driving the whole time, so when the cops questioned me I was told that they saw us switch seats and if I lie I'll get arrested for falsifying information, just what I need is a criminal record, I don't hink so, so I told the officer exactly what happened, when your dad was a deputy sheriff for 24+ years it does install some sort of respect for the law, so anyways, he was arrested and then called his boss who is also his landlord to come bail him out which in turn he lied to and said It was my fault he got pulled over in the first place because I was hanging out the window, even more BS, and to top it all off he was pissed because I didn't bail him out. Why the hell should I?! All in all everything happened because he was acting like a bitch and not taking responsibility for his own actions.
And how childish can you get when you bring up somebodies weight the way you did, yeah I'm a fat bastard and I know it. What is this elementary school?
From the way you acted on saturday I'm beginning to think so.
All you guys can believe what you want but I'll say this, I tell it like it is.
I'm not gonna have any internet for a while so I'm not going to be able to reply to any slanderous comments slung in my direction.
With all been said and done I feel I'll be a lot better off this way anyway, no one to answer to, "where you going?","what are you doing?", "you going to bed already?", all the time.
