It would feel like I was running on one rotar for a while and then run like nothing was wrong. I figured I wasn't getting enough spark because of all the unburned fuel I smelled. I thought this to be a grounding issue so I went through and tightened and cleand my grounds. It helped but didn't solve. Now I can't even engage my clutch in gear without my car stalling out on me. In neutral it'll idle (kind of) and rev, but as soon as I engage the clutch the car will just lose all power and die. Can any one help me on this?

Check your plugs, plug wires. If you're smelling unburned fuel maybe you have a sticking/leaky injector. A bottle of fuel system cleaner might be beneficial.
