<![CDATA[a/c]]>a mechanic at a shop (will remain unknown) informed me that a check engine light (INSERT SHORT Story- stock ecu the a/c quit working and it did pull an o2 sensor code(s) but now that aem is in there are no cel's? aem certainly retains heat and a/c functionality) is more then likely the cause of my a/c not working.. is he serious or do i just come off as an idiot?:icon_scratch: the gauge reads full, the fan works, but the compressor does not turn on.

i should mention that i had spent 400+ dollars there last fall replacing o-rings, charge lines, draining oil, recharging, and retrofitting for the new style refrigerant.... the swass has become unbearable!

Try jumpering it out and checking if the compressor turns on. AC service is easy now that I learned how. 😄
