They will be working the tower but from what I understand don't do any announcing.

Ok, here's an idea that I've been kicking around for a while and want to put up for discussion. To hopefully add to the competition for the year, and get bikes in the appropriate classes, I propose letting older, carburated bikes drop DOWN one class. Here are some examples.... Lightweight class (normally 600s) carbureted 900 and 750s such as GSXR 750, ZX-7Rs, YZF-750s, CBR900RRs, ZX-9Rs, etc. Middleweight class (normally FI 750s and 900s) carbureted 1000s such as FZR 1000s, YZF-1000s, early R1s, etc. Heavyweight class (normally FI 1000s) ZX-11s, carbed CBR1100XXs, etc. You get the picture. If these bikes added forced induction, they would be put up a class, just like the rest of the bikes. Opinions?

I'm looking for input on how to separate the bike classes for next year's drags. This year was pretty good....without too many runaway winner in the classes. So fire away with any ideas/opinions.
