      He also trapped 195mph that day. The car is to the point its out of control, there's video's out there of him almost putting the car into the wall 3 passes in a row.

              Pretty liberal use of the word "street" cars. :icon_cyclops_ani:

              That is a crazy looking ride for sure, the car was definitely spinning in the middle of the track, he had his hands full. Notice that the car idles at 3000 rpm, looks like he shifts around 10,000. Fun stuff.

                    actually i believe it's a 2.3 or 2.4 stroker....

                      Hence the reason I said "IF" it had a 5.0....and I wasn't saying the Talon lost due to displacement or whatever it is domestic drivers say to make themselves feel better...I just meant that 5.0's usually fall on their faces in the higher RPM's.

                        and both the 5.0 and the 4.6 blocks like to twist also, changes in some geometry= losing hp

                          i just checked, i correct myself, shep is running a buschur stage 3 2.0 shortblock....not a 2.3 or 2.4 as i had though
