I saw a Blue Evo 8. aftermarket taillights i think liscense plate udnnome. has a gps system in it. if anyone knows who this is? and btw OMG I LOVE THAT CAR!

because it was dark out and his windows where tinted very dark and i saw a lighted screen that had like streets on it

There is a blue evo down here in wahpeton but I'm pretty sure it is different than what you described though I havent taken a good look at the one here.

It is a very fun car indeed, I have driven it a few times. I love the color and the clutch is great.
