So I blew up the good old B18A in my Integra now I'm posed with a couple of questions. Should I do another B18A or do a B16? If I do a B16 is it best to do the entire swap with the B16 Cable trans or should I stick with a B16 and the LS trans?

I would say it depends on where/how you drive...if you drive on the highway often, stay with the LS tranny...it's longer gear'd = better for highway. However, your 1/4 mile time will suffer...personally, i'd just get another LS...cheap and only 20 less hp...plus it has torque which B16's lack in.

B16 Trans on LS Motor > LS Trans on LS motor > B16 Trans on B16 Motor > LS Trans on B16 Motor.

Find an LS Motor and a B16 transmission!

Well where would you recommend finding a cheap B18. My stock clutch is next to shot and my transmission has 175K on it. An OBD0 B16 VS a B18 is about a horse a piece as far as price goes. I use this car mostly for highway driving but I don't want a tourqueless B16 to be even worse with the LS because I do plan to do a bit of drag racing this summer.

Stick with the B18, more torque which is what you'd need for acceleration. You could always do LS/v tec to it if u want the higher hp of the B16 ad torque of the B18

Well it looks like I'm going to order a B16 with LSD if HMO ever gets them back in stock.
