yea it is, i would have been screwed ... but the cop was nice enough just to write me up for reckless driving

i had a reckless ticket but took it to court.....but i thought triple the speed limit was manslaughter???

from what i have heard, but i don't know if it is correct, you have to be going double the speed limit and over 100mph(so any roads over 50mph speed limit) to be charged with attempted manslaughter. i don't know if this is correct. i'm just relaying what i heard one time.
