Who has the cleanest driving record?

1 driving without registration back in 03 which i think was bullshit cuz I had a bill of sale from like the day before which was a saturday and I couldn't really run down to the dmv and register it on a sunday now could I? The cops little quip as he had my car impounded was that I 'should have planned my purchase better' fuckin prick. Other than that I have no other violations.

0 tickets...got pulled over for yellow headlights but the cop didnt give me a warning or anything. Just gave my license back and said have a nice night.
