imho, its probably gives you a small increase in gas mileage, but if dubbsy would only save 150 a month, that means most cars would save 75 dollars a year. thats like 6.5 dollars per month. I can think of better ways to save 6 and a half dollars per month, and I wont have to add something to my gas every time i fill up.

On the Ed Schultz radio program they thalk about this alot, some people are seeing 4-5 mpg increases but those vehicles are around the 30-35 mpg gallon range already. My boss bought some but when he tried it there was a strong head wind going to Devils Lake. Waiting to hear the results for this weekends trip. I think It was 30 dollars a quart.

I think this shit is just a placebo. You put it in your tank, and then your drive a little more light footed becasue your brain is set in "save or economy" mode. Not saying what Mythbusters do is god, but they had a very legit test for some of these items and never found a gain in controlled testing, but when human element was factored in, they seen gains because subconciously you want gains so you drive different.

I'll probably buy it and put it in the wifes vehicle and not tell her...then check the mileage after two fillups...its only $30, so its not like its going to break me to be a guinea pig

I honestly do not doubt it working at all - atleast in ag applications. We've been using something similar for years on the farm and have had good results with it.
Like I said, if I can find a decent way to meter the appropriate amount I'll probalby pick some up and try it out. I've got fuel milage logs on the Tahoe since I bought it (11 months now) so I'd be curious to try it for a year and see how it compares.

Umm, yeah I'd be wary of anything that had this on it's website, especially a fuel additive.

Fuel injection systems spray the gasoline onto the back face of the hot intake valve to promote evaporation of the fuel. Some fuel does enter the cylinder in droplet form, but it evaporates quickly due to the extremely small size of the fuel droplets. Carburetors produce a spray of small droplets which evaporate in the intake manifold. Some fuel travels as a film along the walls, and some of the larger droplets do not evaporate, so in older carbureted engines, about 60% evaporation was achieved. I was referring to multi-port fuel injection, since it is most commonly used and is "tottally" cool.
