Geez you kids get the raw end of the stick, I once had a similar situation back in 1995, I had back then, a 1990 Nissan 300ZX (Very short lived, too many mechanical issues) pulled it into the US Bank parking lot on Komo ave (St.Paul) very late night, officer pulled up, and actually helped me, gave me a ride home and everything.Yeah we do get the raw end cause we are all hellians, trouble makers, methheads, drug dealers and streetracers cause how else would we be able to have such nice cars. Fuck I got pulled over in the middle of winter cause my ass end came out a little bit and they wanted to tag me with reckless driving until that I explained that I had 185 street tires on the back and it was fucking blizzarding out. Cops can fuck off. I can do 80mph past them in my buick and they don't care. The ONLY reason they target us is because they see that if we have enough money to mod our cars we therefore have enough money to pay for their donuts. Fat FUCKS!

OK, so a few months ago I went to meet a certain person at the bowler. For this story her name will not matter. Hopefully many other stories they will. I dropped said girl off at her hotel after we got done eating at The Frying Pan. I went down 32nd and thought about getting on the interstate but, I decided against it, then I went down 45th towards my apt. I passed a couple of cars (using my turn signal mind you) and then turned on 15th for the final leg of my nights journey. Then less than 100 feet from my parking spot mind you out of fucking nowhere comes on the "cherries". So I pulled into my parking lot and then my spot. I opened the door and this blond female officer (#314 I believe) asked if I knew why I pulled her over. Now normally I have an idea of why I'm being pulled over but, this time I was completely pulled over by surprise. She claimed I didn't use my turn signal back on 45th when I passed two cars. SHENANIGANS!!!! Here's the thing, 2AM around Fargo, ND as pretty much everyone who will read this knows is bar closing time, so of course the WF, Moorhead, and Fargo Pd's are out in force to pick up drunk drivers since there is nothing else for them to do in this town apparently. I am quite a meticulous driver, especially around bar closing time, I know who they are looking for. OK fine, so you laid some bullshit line on me to get to what you pulled me over for, what gives. "I was told you were driving without your licence" "Do you have your licence on you" yes - so I gave it to her. "Do you have insurance?" Not on me. "Why not?" They haven't sent it to me yet. "Oh, well your licence is suspended" WHAT? HOW? "I don't know." "Step over towards the car, I'm going to pat you down. Do you have any weapons on you" Not that I know of, I do however have this thing on my keys" (at this point I slowly moved my hand to my waist and pulled back my shirt so she could see my carpet clip, a giant safety pin used for carpet roles, and when I did that she stepped back and moved her hand back towards her hip, obviously for her gun, so I'm thinking what the fuck?) "Get in the car please." So she proceeds to tell me that my licence is suspended, she asked if I know why, I didn't. I asked her why, she didn't know because her touchscreen monitor didn't tell her since her obviously fancy, not so state of the art computer that is wirelessly hooked up to the Internet and the state of ND did not tell her. OK, fine. So she gives me tickets for no insurance and no suspension. $450 for the 2 of them together. Fine. Well as it turns out that driving under suspension was from a speeding ticket I received in MN. Oh, and by the way, that was a completely bullshit ticket but, another story for another day that one is. Now I did pay that ticket. So what gives? Our great neighboring state to the east took its sweet time getting the paperwork mailed out to Bismark. OK, fine, I can live with that but, it gets better. Later that day after I woke up I went to my Insurance agent because I hadn't got my cards yet. I figured I'd get a temp slip. Oddly enough I just got my insurance on the 26th of Feb. The information I know had for insurance would clear me of the no insurance ticket. -$150.00 right there. From there came the task of getting my licence unsuspended within ND. So, at 8:30AM (the next morning), I started my journey. I called my agents phone number only to get his secretary, very nice lady as was the one I met earlier. She instructed me I should get my licence renewed first. I said great, thanks. I then proceeded to the DMV where the female officer had instructed me to go. When I got to the DMV, the girl who helped me said I'd have to call Bismark to get this taken care of. OK, fine, no problem. I went out to my car and called Bismark DMV. I was told I am not able to fax in the forms that I received from the Douglas County Courthouse. They have to fax them. OK, fine, no problem, thank you. I call Douglas County Courthouse and the lady there tells me they never sent me a receipt. .....Funny, because I had in my hand here, a document that says Douglas County Courthouse and it gives the date that I paid said ticket and the document stapled to it says "Notice of Withdrawal of Suspension", no I'm not a lawyer by any means, however I do believe one could assume that if a document says "Notice of Withdrawal of Suspension" that they have a licence that was unsuspended, right? She explained that she was unable to assist me as they sent the information to the MN Dept of Safety and Transportation. OK, fine, no problem I guess, can I get their number, thank you. Onward I went to call the MN Dept. of S&T. The lady there said that she had received said forms from Douglas County. GREAT!!! Can I have you fax them to Bismark. No - .....Why not? They sent the info to Bismark last Friday. Apparently they send the original instead of a copy like they probably should, what with our wonderful mail service and such. The lady was very kind to me however and said if I faxed in my forms she would fax that in with her stuff and a note, so I can get this taken care of. I thanked her a lot and got off the phone. I then went to Office Max and had them fax info to ND and to MN. MN got there stuff right away. I drove back to the DMV figuring ND would have their stuff in a few minutes. I called and the lady said try back in an hour (WHAT? A FUCKING HOUR - You gotta be shitting me, faxes are basically instantaneous) well, maybe a half hour, the phone lines are probably busy. OK, thank you, bye. So I waited at the DMV for 45 minutes. I gave Bismark a callback and of course they hadn't received it. OK, thank you, I said. I then went over again to Office Max to refax the documents. I ended up accidentally faxing the documents from MN over that they claimed I had to have MN send over. While on the phone with Bismark, to see if my faxes had been received, my phone died. Fucking great, right? So I ran home and charged my phone for a few minutes. Then from my home I called Bismark to see if they had received my faxes. They did, they received the ones that I sent in error that MN should have sent but, she said that my license was already unsuspended. So I of course was all like, GREAT!!!. I did my "I'm happy / Karate moves" dance. From there I went back to the DMV to get my licence and then I called the city prosecutor to inform them of my news and to see if they had the faxes they needed. They cleared me of tickets and having to go to court. Then I called my insurance agent to let him know what happened along with a few others and I went to bed.
The cops in this town are bored, they don't have much to do. We get like a murder every year and a half, so most of what they do consists of thefts, domestics, hastleing skateboarders and teens just trying to party and have a good time. You can dispute this all you want, but has far as I'm concerned the cops in this area have a quota, and its fricking WRONG!!!
Anyway, I've said my piece for now. Good Day. -
holy shit..... paragraphs man.... please i beg you...

The dbags that pulled me over were 292 and 227...from the looks they were right out of school...they must have been taught well by the others. Oh and the cunt that came to my car tried to nail me for seatbelt, when I had waited for her to come to the car and I took it off and opened the door (my window doesnt roll down and my seatbelt is in the door, till I had to bitch at her and explain that after she clearly watched me take it off.

the guy across the street from me got his window busted out during the night. i happened to look out the window and saw him and a wf pd looking at the truck. i have my father in laws pickup parked on the street, so had to go out and check it out. mine was ok.after he and the cop got done talking, i suggested to her that she drive around the block to have a look. seeing as how a few weeks ago, some punks went and slashed tires. she got in her squad, and went right back to the pd.neoghbor just looked and said what do you do?

Were they looking for a stolen evo or for a evo driver that was being reported as an asshat driver?
It'd be nice to hear of them looking into a stolen vehicle.. most departments could care less about vehicle theft. It was a big deal when I lived in washington.. lots of nice cars, lots of 14 year old theives... that were untouchable so they just kept doing it. Anyone there with an RSX, integra, or WRX had it broken into or stolen. Some guys out there had their rides stolen right out of the Microsoft garages while they were at work.
