You'll probly want a honda F4I or an R6. They have less of a reach to the handle bars than most bikes. Also lower it, get used to stopping on one foot, then raise it up back to stock. Lowerd bikes handle like shit and are ugly as hell.
-
i second that, ive ridden a few lowered bikes and it really ruins the experience i think. I suppose your gonna buy a used one? Go dealership to dealership and just sit on bikes, then a used one. You can also always get the trusty old ninja 500, that bike has been around for 15 years.

yeah dont worry, your not the only one with that problem... my roommate has a 2007 gsxr 600 and he struggles to touch with that. my bike on the other hand, a 2007 R6 he cant even tip toe. but yeah you can defenitly get pretty much any bike thats worth buying lowered.
-
Yeah I was contemplating an F4I or a 07 R6 anyway. Can I buy lowering links at the dealership?
-
Yes the dealership will sell you lowering links. They will also cut your kickstand for you and then order you a new one when you raise it back up to stock when you realize it makes your bike handle like poo and look squidly

it's lowered 3 in the back and it handles the same? I'm talking "cornering" here not around town

Not sure if you're still looking at getting a bike Nick but you should really check out the completely overhauled '08 Ninja 250s. They are HOT! I am seriously considering picking one up. Check it out...
