well, He's well over the misdemeanor limit as Jasons stuff alone was 1700 dollars. and zachs with damage was closer to 4k.
His mom was SUPER Confrontational with him, took his cell phone away, took his car, and is making him return everything he cant prove is his to whoever he got it from. also, he;s more than likely grounded for atleast a year.

Also, I dont think you can sit in on a minors court case...

My car was parked in front of my condo the night of the theft. Apparently, a kid named Travid Hudson lives right by me and had scoped out my car prior to the break in and he and Landyn are the ones that stole my shit. Landyn said this Travis Hudson guy is now in Bismark at Job Corps. Does anyone know him or how to get ahold of this guy?

Yes, contact law enforcement...I'm not sure there is a Job Corps center in Bismarck...I know Minot has Burdick Job Corps...could call them or search for them online.
