Saying that is just giving the guy vindication for not coughing up the car. They obviously shouldn't have made the deal without getting the car immediately. I bought a vehicle from a forum member on here, and I had to wait for the title too. But I got the vehicle up front upon paying and also had documents that were basically proof that the vehicle was paid for by me and purchased from him. etc. etc.
