umm i was in a public park that didnt have posted signs anywhere saying i couldn't be there... granted i was in a car that was doing some dounuts, but still.... nothing says i was tresspassing... no i wasn't driving

Fargo law states that all public parks close at 9 or 10 o'clock. Can't remember which one it is tho.

These criminal Case records are of state court record only. So missing violations (for instance like freitags) would probably be a municipal case and or city of fargo case.

Yes and no, SD has one but you have to register to "pacer service center" and it will cost you $0.08 per document you look up. Although i think its a national listing but dont quote me on that (i didn't look into it very hard).

I know rite. I totally forgot about this thread. It's fun to look up all the people you know, especially now that theres the link to the MN one. I see my minor is on there (totally worth it), and the misdemeanor i got when I got pulled over for no plates the day I bought a car, had the bill of sale, but got nailed with no proof of insurance. The car was in impound within 3 hours of my writing the check to buy it. Got pulled over by the DARE cop nonetheless. That was NOT a good day.
