Doing some paint work on my new firebird, need input...
-
Well I baught this 92 Firebird last week off craigslist. Nice car, runs a drives perfect, and being a 6-cyl car I figured I would keep it for a fuel economy car, gets about 22 city driving and 30 mixed. Much better than my truck or WS6 TA.
Well It has some large dents in the pass door and quarter panel and about 8 random rust spots on the lower half of the body, not major ones, just surface rust. I want to fix the rust and dents without painting the whole car, just half of it. I want to be different and instead of just redoing it all red again, a 2 tone look would be cool.
So which do you guys think looks best? Or have another color in mind. Remember I want to keep the top half red because the paint is perfect there.
