I think it's wrong no matter what. Unless it's your friend's mom, sleeping with a married person isn't ok in my book. Besides, it doesn't sound like she has filed for divorce. There's a big difference between planning to file, and actually filing for divorce.

Yes, I know marriage is a "sacred" thing and shouldn't be looked upon lightly, however I can honestly say that I met Jolien while I was married to (but separated from) my ex... It wasn't until 3 months later that my divorce was finalized. Filing for divorce, while not extremely hard to do, is time consuming (took me over 7 months to get the divorce finalized) and expensive. So I can see why this person may not have filed yet, though she intends to. Aside from pre-marital sex, I see nothing blatantly wrong with this picture.

i wouldnt have even hesitated. It is not your problem if she is a cheating whore! You are single and you would have no idea if she was married if you met her some random place and she didnt tell you and then you would have fucked her anyway! so not your problem. im the type of person that if someone fucked my gf/wife i wouldnt be mad at them just tell me so i can protect myself from getting aids from all these random guys shes slept with. and not fuck her again
