Do not play the officemax game. I warn you and say again...DO NOT go there. I hated every min of it and helping people not only gets repetitive it also gets annoying with how they think they can treat you like crap and get away with it. Stay away from customer service.

Yes, you have to deal with some bullshit, but it's how you handle it that makes all the difference...and makes a difference in the mind of the customer. IOW if you are good at customer service, you are a valuable asset to any company that hires you. If you are lousy, you are a liability.
