A rather uneventful evening on I29 with the local sheriffs.

So yeah...run ins with the cops suck. Go ahead and this to the list of stupid things that happen.
Myself and about 6 other friends of mine were doing a highway pull on I29 when all of a sudden a sheriff comes outta nowhere. 1 sheriff pulls over 7 fairly modified cars. Everyone gets racing tickets and some get others...1 no insurance, 1 not registered motor vehicle, 2 illegal headlights, 1 expired license. The ND Sheriffs/Highway Patrol had hay-day. This sucks majorly!!!!

Sounds like a bunch of people with a bunch of reasons to not be driving IMO. Why is it the sheriffs fault that someone got a driving w/out license ticket? Or no insurance? What if that fuck head caused an accident and had no insurance?

Did you get nailed IN the construction zone, for the double-fine? That'd be the shit. How long do the tickets stay on your record? Insurance going up at all, for that whole time?
Sounds like it was totally worth it.
Somebody remind me when street legal drags are.. and autocross! All summer?
I bet they're both cheaper than any of your tickets. =D -

First of all....yeah i'll admit its kinda dumb to do on I29 but there isnt raelly anything else to do here..
Second of all...Not all of the hondas are N/A, most were but not all....One was turboe'd and ones on the bottle.
It wasnt in the construction...it was right by the Alerus center before the Demers exit. construction is on the bridge about 150 yards further down and yes we were heading north.
Thing is i think we all are going to fight it...The sheriff said he only clocked the first 3 vehicles and the fastest car was going 86....we were all in a straight line....
