now I can finish, pc was acting up.
What happened was this: I was financing the 300zx, the day we went to have it register, I found out that there was a loan on it, so right then and there I knew I got screwed over. His bank is the main lien holder, he's the secondary lien holder, the title is in my hands and my name. When I was making my payments on time, he spent MY MONEY!!!! on his god damn honda accord to get fixed. He was supposed to make payments to his bank, which he wasn't doing! He had put insurance on it, told me that he would give me 4month to put insurance on it since I'm paying $400 a month for it. I went in last week, told him I'd get insurance on the car friday(yesterday) or the following friday, depending on if the guy I do insurance with will be in the office. He wasn't there friday so I called Larry friday after I stopped at Progressive and said that the guy wasn't there, so he ok'd it to be taken care of next week. I went outside today, putting my new cd player in, and that's when they took my car. So thank to Larry's dumbass, Im screwed out of $800 and a car!

Something similar happened to one of my friend's at a crappy West Fargo car lot (I forget which one). But long story short, he argued with the guy and finally just called the cops and the guy decided to give a refund of the down payment when the cops showed up. They said they've been having more and more problems like that with the smaller lots and they're trying to crack down on it.

Is the owner the one that drives that tan accord?? It sucks that you got screwed, but buy the car from the bank, it will get sold for dirt cheap im guessing. Im suprised a bank even gave him a loan for it, they usually won't deal with anything more than 10 years old. But......You got $75k and you had to finance a $1000 car??
-
Larry seems like a stand up guy, he sold my car for me, no complaints whatsoever.
Also, why the hell would you finance a $1000 car when you have $75k in the bank...something doesn't add up here...

I highly suggest you talk to someone that has a little experience and/or knowledge when it comes to finances or monies.
I suppose the fried stereo was in the car when they took it too. If so, I guess I'll have to look somewhere else for a bad stereo..

No Larry didn't tell me he had a loan on it till him and I went to get the car registered in my name. Once I found out he had a loan on it, I knew right away I got fucked over. The car isn't $1,000....more like $4,500. If it was a grand I would've paid cash for it. I figured out how much I put in for trade in and payments, total came to $1,500. He doesn't pay, Im dragging his ass to small claims. Yes he's the one with the tan accord. Yes there was insurance on it, put insurance on it 2weeks ago, but cancelled it right away after it got repo-ed. Bby the end of the week, if the lil cum guzzling gutter slut pays me what he owes me, I'll have a lil over 2k. I'm thinking of getting a z32 rebuildable. But not sure. I won't take that 300zx back, not till he pays off the loan, which is never going to happen. No the cd player wasn't in it, I took it out, he told me I HAVE to buy a new cd player for it, hahaha don't think I'm gonna do that after he screwed me over.

You paid $4,500 for an N/A Z31??

Misunderstanding here. When I purchased the vehicle, he didnt tell me that there was a loan, but when we went to go get the car registered and title put in my name, I found out that there was a loan on it. Its sounds dumb, and awkward but it is what it is. Dont get me wrong, he seems pretty cool, but half the stuff he tells you, is bullllshit. Mark won't sell him the car lot. He's telling everyone that when he gets his VA money, he's buying the lot, but that's not going to happen since he doesn't know how to even run a business. The bank is going to start taking all his cars if he doesn't get his head on straight. Speaking of which, I'm actually going to his bank tomorrow to see what I need to do to nial his ass for what he did. Im furious right now, when someone repo's ur f'in vehicle, ur credit goes down. or so I heard.

So if you're a person who doesn't have credit, can't get a co-signer for a loan, and can only finance. Stay away.Best advice ever. If you can't afford something/can't get credit through traditional means, don't buy it. If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.

was this a buy here/ pay here and you missed your payment so he took the car back? Most car lots don't own their inventory, it is all financed, although under a balloon. You can't get insurance on a car that is not yours, either. When the title showed up with a lienholder, you promply walk back and get your money back immediately. That is your own fault.
